The Downtown Beer Festival is still on at Liberty Square

After the last three years’ successful events, the Downtown Beer Festival is awaiting beer lovers for the fourth time. There will be more than 250 specialty beers to taste at an even larger venue. The event is on until this Sunday, September 6th at Liberty Square located close to the Parliament in District V.

Beer stalls open every day at 11.30 in the morning and will close at 2 am at night. This is the fourth time that the festival brings together well-known beer houses, international producers and small-scale breweries from all over Hungary.

The aim of this year’s festival is to promote beer culture and to introduce the high quality products of Hungarian breweries.

There is a free entrance but it is necessary to purchase a glass (Festival glass or Premium Festival Glass) plus a can of beer.

Beer, food and an excellent atmosphere are waiting for you in the Downtown Beer Festival, where you can hang around with friends and family or spend your after office hours with colleagues alike.
