The high and lows of the Danube

The river Danube has had its highs and lows in the past centuries. At the foot of Gellért Hill, 60-70 meters north of Liberty Bridge there is a rock formation called the Famine Rock. It was observed for several weeks in August and October 2018 when 1947 low water records broke.
