Top Halloween parties in Budapest

Halloween, the festivity of All Saints is celebrated around the world and it is just around the corner. Its origin is said to be coming from an ancient Celtic festival, Samhain, where people used to light bonfires and wear costumes to scare away ghosts. Throughout the centuries it evolved into a day of fun activities such as trick-or-treating, carving pumpkin lanterns, donning costumes and of course partying.

Here, we suggest you some places, where you can have a great night full of fun.

If you like Latin American rhythm, the Brazilian and Latin Party will be held on Saturday, October 26 at Tuti Club located in the V district. You can impress the people with your horrifying costume and lose yourself in the carn´evil´ atmosphere. The party will start from 10pm and it will last until 4am with famous Brazilian singer, songwriter and DJ Leo Rodriguez.

Doboz is another trendy ruin pub located in the VII district in Budapest. They are preparing the spookiest party: Halloween Nightmare I Budapest on Tuesday, October 29 from 10pm. Get dressed with your best costume for the night and prepare yourself for one of the spookiest experience in Budapest. Remember to buy your ticket in advance.

On Thursday, October 31 Akvarium is preparing several programs to make you live the best experience of Halloween in the heart of Budapest. The evening will start with the Hungarian band Bohemian Betyars at 7 pm followed by the RussianThe Hatters on stage. From 11pm the club is hosting the All International Halloween Madness party geared with Halloween decoration, a special show, party photo and video and of course a costume competition. Get your special discount by saying Halloween Madness to the staff.
