Living in Budapest – first steps

How to choose an estate agency really WELL?

We can establish that it’s crucial to choose the right real estate agency as this is what will ensure success both on the buyer and the seller side. Whether it’s a detached house or a flat, selling, purchasing or renting, there are a number of aspects to consider. The real challenge is not choosing any agent but the agent most suitable for us.

We have gathered a few ideas about the factors to consider before you commit yourself in order to achieve the desired goal.

– Ask around your friends and acquaintances; surely you’ll find someone who has gone through the process of seeking or selling a home!

– Do some research! Check the website and the social media platforms of the potential agent. Think it over if you can identify with their person!

– Have a look at the ratings! Positive feedback is always the right feedback.

– Ask them to give you an insight into their latest completed order. This will show you what you can expect.

– It’s important that the agent should be confident and assertive but also reliable at the same time.

– They should be informed, thorough and well-prepared.

-Ask questions. For example, how often will you be informed and in what way?!
