The amusing one – PALATINUS BATH

The amusing one

Be happy and make use of the entertainment opportunities outdoor or indoor during the whole year.

Palatinus Bath is on Margaret island in the heart of Budapest located on the Danube.

It is surrounded by natural water and a charming park with animals and attracting flowers.

Palatinus was opened as an open air bath in 1919 and became an adored place for budapester and tourists, as well.

In 1937 there was a need to develop the bath with a building which was characterized by clean, almost minimalist, powerful Bauhaus features. After almost a century, in 2017 this area was extended and renovated offering the possibility to bathe during all year long. The building is under monument protection.

Thanks for the innovation thermal pools, children’s pool and saunas (steam chamber, geothermal and Finnish sauna) have been developed.

Water contains calcium magnesium, sodium hydrogen carbonate type thermal water containing fluoride, methacovate sulfide and free carbon dioxide.

There are many types of massage services from gentle until much refresher type.
This is a place where the whole family can feel well together.

On the top of that you can enjoy the therapeutic effect of Budapest thermal waters in high qualified cosmetic products.

In summer time Palatinus is a „fun park” too, there are many facilities, with wave pool, giant water slides, children pool, playground, sport facilities and large green area with cooling trees.

Everyone can find his favourite pool or activity.

Surprise yourself and your beloved ones with an unforgettable bath experience.
