Celebrate the colourful and glamorous BUDAPEST PRIDE

The month of June was the LGBTQ pride month, when events and parades are held to commemorate and recognize the rights of LGBTQ people around the world. It has been celebrated in Hungary since 1997.

Since then every summer the LGBTQ community organises the Budapest Pride Festival to celebrate diversity and to promote equality and the acceptance of the LGBTQ rights in society. The Festival offers several programs such as open air concerts, movies, workshops and a stunning and extravagant parade.

The main and closing event of the month long Festival is the Pride March, which will be held on Saturday, July 6 from 3 pm. The gathering will start in the heart of Budapest at District V. Kossuth Square, where you can take part in a Kiss-flash mob and get into party mood with great music and dance.
