Celebrating life – and a 7th anniversary – in Budapest

Marzia and Felix have been recently spending a long weekend in the city and celebrating their 7th anniversary on the 19th August. CONGRATULATIONS to the lovely couple, so amazing they chose Budapest for their anniversary! They couldn’t have arrived at a better time as the city was buzzing with lots of things to do such as catching the national celebrations in memory of the foundation of the state and King St. Stephen. Marzia Bisognin is a YouTube sensation, fka CutiePieMarzia, by now, posting under just her first name. With nearly 7.5 million subscribers, she is best known as an Italian writer, fashion designer and internet personality. And since 2011, she’s also been romantically linked to another YouTube star, Felix Arvid Ulf Kjellberg aka PewDiePie, whom we presume don’t need to introduce. 😉

From HIS and HER view, here’s how you can spend 72 hours in Budapest with lots of curiosity and romantic moments, plus having fun with a drone. Looks like they had some fun, so get inspired!

Day 1: Budapest Eye, St. Stephen’s Basilica, Gelato Rosa, Andrássy Street, getting to Gellért Baths with the trams, dine at Mazel Tov

Day 2: The Parliament, renting a Mol Bubi and visiting the Buda side: Várkert Bazaar, The Funicular, Buda Castle, back to Pest side to try the Buddha Original Wok Bar and taste Anjuna ice lollies, watching the fireworks (only happens once a year on the 20th August, sorry…)

Day 3: renting a Mol Bubi and visiting the Great Market Hall, mingling with the animals at Zoo Café, have a burger at Istvánffy Veggie Burger, get to know the vintage vibe of the For Sale Pub, discover District 8 and the Botanical Garden aka Füvészkert, have some Japanese cuisine at TOKYO and an after dinner stroll along the riverbank watching the sunset and pay a visit to the Shoes at the Danube.
