Kő-hegy is one of the tourist destinations in the Szentendre area. Kő-hegy is a popular tourist destination ~ 340m high on the border of Szentendre and Pomáz. The mountain is of volcanic origin. The Czibulka János Menedékház is located on the border of the administrative area of ​​Szentendre and Pomáz, at the eastern end of the Pilis and Visegrád Mountains, at the top of Kőhegy. Renovated in 2013, the former Kő-hegyi tourist house awaits hikers every day of the year (current opening on the tourist house’s website). In addition to the hotel guests, the buffet and dining room of the house also serve hikers. The operators ask the guests to consume locally purchased food and drink, thus respecting and acknowledging the work of the operators and the livelihood of the tourist house.

There is no tap water in the shelter, so use as little water as possible, because rainwater supply is very limited, especially in summer.
