Get immerse in the life behind the iron curtain and discover the Retro world of the 70’s in Szentendre, in  Retro Design Center.

An interaktiv time travel into the 70’s and 80’s with 25 cars, amongst a pink cabriolet, rally Moskvitch, hippie Barkas furgon, Trabant, Zhighuli and the famous Ikarus bus, among them 8 cars are open, you can sit in and take pictures as well.

The variety is enlarged with motorcycles and bikes from the Eastern block.

We have rally diorama, a camping scene, space age exhibition and a hippie girl is waiting the visitors in a home of the era.

The museum presents a hall with typical toys, another with household appliances, television-sets, tape recorders, radios and walls are covered with LPs from the 70s.

Our visitors are guided by English, German and Russian texts.
