Weekend markets in Budapest

With the coming of spring weather, people increasingly feel like heading outside for their programs. We can kill two birds with one stone when visiting the weekend markets in Budapest. In addition to the excellent and fresh (primarily) Hungarian products, or even design products, visitors can also gain a genuine fairground market experience. Let’s see the colourful selection of Budapest markets!

CZAKÓ PIACZ IN CZAKÓ GARDEN

Excellent Hungarian producers take their delicious products every week to the market in Czakó Garden located on the Buda side of the city, which is open 8.00 am–2.00 pm on every Saturday. Meet the producers and take fresh products home, or try them at the Czakó Kert bistro.

MOM BIOMARKET

MOM Biomarket is exclusively for strictly controlled and certified bioproducts (organic products). Customers can usually buy the products directly from the producers, at the producer’s price. In addition to primary food products like spices, dairy products and bakeries, organic sausage and organic ice cream is on sale too. MOM Biomarket is open throughout the year on Csörsz street, regardless of weather conditions.
