Chill high above the city, lie on a beach that is as green as it gets, yet unmistakably urban

Check out this perfect half- or even full-day programme. At the Kopaszi Bay, you can almost taste the greenery, making this the perfect getaway from the searing heat, even without the cooling water of the River Danube. Go on, take a dip! Of course, only once you have taken in the panorama from the viewing terrace of the MOL Campus SkyDeck at a height of 120 metres.

How about finding a ‘green’ activity that works well with the summer heat without ever having to set foot outside Budapest? You can’t go wrong with the Kopaszi Bay with its fantastically soft grass and abundance of shady trees. Those planning to spend a day here can begin with a hearty breakfast on the terrace of the Zazie Bistro&Bar, but the Fresh Corner café operating on the ground floor of the MOL Campus building offers quick, tasty and affordable snacks, as well as hot and cold drinks that you can take with to the MOL Campus SkyDeck. Some 120 metres up in the heavens, it offers not only a breathtaking 360-degree panorama of the city, but also a chance to relax on the benches, deckchairs and beanbags while eating breakfast.

The view also makes it possible to choose exactly the spot way down below on Flava Beach to spend the rest of the day at. This tiny but very stylish and friendly beach is away from the crowds but has a bar and snack stand offering excellent street food and refreshing drinks, while the recliners can be moved to the grassy or sandy spot of your choice.

Don’t waste any more time, head for a day at the Kopaszi Bay any time you are in Budapest!
