Red Umbrella Tour

The best way to start a city visit is to take a free walking tour with a knowledgeable guide! Our tours start twice a day from the 1st stop of the Red Line, behind the St. Stephen’s Basilica. Join us as a traveller, leave as a friend!

Look for the Red Umbrella!

We talk about Budapest,  Hungarian history, religion, food, the crazy Hungarian language, practical information and we answer questions readily.

  • Route: Stop 1 – Basilica – Chain Bridge – Shoes on the Danube Memorial – Parliament.
  • 12:00 and 17:30 every day
  • English only
  • 1 hour long (or a bit more)
  • Family-friendly
  • Free, included, but of course everyone loves tips! 🙂
